Property boundaries and dimension
Easements, covenants or other restriction on property
Size and location of existing and/or proposed structures and distances from structure(s) to property boundaries
Location of all utilities and vehicular access, including roads/allies and driveways to property
Other drawings, sketches or visual information you wish to have considered by the City of Boulder in this request
